Free your mind...stop thinking that you can't and see the world full of everything that you can do...realize all that you control.
I love to eat...Silly I know, But I love pasta, beef, fruit, bread, brownies, skittles, trail mix...all kinds of food. So I have disciplined myself to never eat a serving larger than the size of my fist and never to eat more than 4 times a day. All the women in my family are very large...I am a size 8 and getting smaller since I removed soft drinks and chocolate from my diet and added more water and peppermint. When I think about how something would taste or how long it's been since I have eaten a particular food, I take a look at my self in the mirror and then look at the last picture of my two sisters and my birth-mother...ranging in size from 14 to 18...Keeps me from delving my hand into the cookie jar so to speak.

force yourself to cut off the people that hurt you or use you, or make you feel weak and small.No phone calls, letter ,email, nothing...sometimes people outgrow aother people such as a circle of friends or an intimate friend...most of the time when people think they are weak they are learning just who they are and in order for you to feel more comfortable with who you are inside...you need to change your enviroment and lifestyle. You have to be true to yourself. If you are talking about weakmness for food...just force yourself to suffer and dont eat it, if you are talking about quitting some other bad habit you have to stop without excuse....just quit cold. I am not sure what you are wanting more willpower for but whatever it is make yourself your hands, mouth, and stomach , feet etc. dont rule you it is the other way around. good luck.

Put a tray of chocalate brownies on the table in front of you. Then steeple your fingirs spread slightly apart. Seperate your pinkies touch them back together, think 1. Next your ring fingers, say two, middle say three, index say 4, go back to your pinkie say 5. Repeat this till you get to say 64. then eat the brownies. Doesn't have to be brownies, just something you really like.
