Okay, my best way to help you find out a good price...accurately.
Don't ask anyone other than the tattoo artist that will do it. Only they can really tell you what it will be. Prices vary from state, to county, to city, to shop to artist within the shops...

I know someone who would charge $100, someone who'd charge $80, and one that'd do it for $50, and they all work in the same shop.

Don't call in to ask, but actually go in with the design(or have them draw it up), and then ask the price. It will be just as vague and hard to tell as you posting on the internet, and most artists will not quote over the phone. Because if you say something like "not very much detail", your idea of not very much detail may be more or less than the artist's idea of not much detail...it's difficult over the phone...

The size, shop minimum, the business rush (they might charge you more if they are busy, and you're only getting a tiny one, while they pass up a big one to do yours) detailing and coloring will vary... I emphasize that you should go to the artist. No one can tell, it SHOULDN'T be over $100, but only the artist will know. Tattoo Artists usually work on comission, and they price how they want to, there is no standard pricing practice...that's the best advice I can give you..Consider it..

Hm, mine?
Most expensive was $400,
I've only spent about $ 750 on what I have.
my cheapest one was free.

"Miss Murder" Is absolutely correct! The advice she gave was correct and too the point. Hopefully you will follow the advice she gave you. Good Luck with your Tattoo :-)
If you don't like the price you are given ask another artist in the shop or go to another shop. Shop around a little bit for the best price. I'm not sure where you live at but I'm going to say most prices for that tattoo would be around 65.00-80.00. The more detail you want the more it's going to cost. If they tell you anything over 100.00 I would go elsewhere cause that is too high for the tattoo you described unless you got more added to it.

I would say 70-80 and then add in a tip.

I get my tattoos for free because I work at the shop doing piercings.

But I'm with Miss Murder 110% on her answer.

It would probably depend on the area you live in and also the quality of the artist doing the tattoo as well as how colorful it is. My guess is around $45 to $50.

One was AU$60, the other was $120. A lot of places have a minimum charge, like $80, yours is pretty small so it will probably end up being the minimum.

The one that I got (in Houston) that was about that size cost $60.00 and the one on my lower back was $120.00. My daughter got a small little butterfly (in Orlando) and it cost her $65.00. So, I think that it all depends on where you go, and what you get, also how many colors you get on it. Good luck.
