Macaroni Grill used to have a Salmon Frita salad that was awesome!

Salmon can be dry, but they battered or breaded chunks of salmon and deep fried them to retain the moisture, and it was succulent.

I guess I vote for fried, only if it's deep fried.

I love salmon period. Salmon and rice, fried salmon, grilled salmon, even raw salmon. As long as it's salmon, I'll eat it.

i love salmon. I usually pan-fried my salmon (sprinkle a dash of salt on the side facing you) on medium heat for 7 mins on each side (covered). Served with steam or fried rice and frozen veg microwave in a bowl of stir-fry/teriyaki sauce. Its easy, healthy and yummy.
