Every time i go to sleep i get hot, uncomfortable, sweaty, dehydrated even though i just drank water like five minutes ago, and my nose always seems to start running and i always wake up in the middle of the night.

Every time i go to sleep i get hot, uncomfortable, sweaty, dehydrated even though i just drank water like five minutes ago, and my nose always seems to start running and i always wake up in the middle of the night. And uts definetly not sugar since i'm not a huge fan of candy so im not hyper when i go to sleep. And when i took a hot bath and let the water go to the highest temperature i was still shivering.

First of all, try to find the best temperature balance you can find for your bedroom. Second, drink water 20 minutes before going to bed, to let it be absorded by your body, and thrith, give yourself a chance to relax by bedtime. Hot milk, chocolate, etc., light dinner [never go hungry to bed] could helo, as well as a good book that forces your brain to extract the las bit of energy out of you and get your body and mind ready to be repared by sleep.

Hope it helps

You seem to be under some stress. Whatever it is you need to try to take care of it. If you can't change it then you need to just accept it and let it go. If you are doing something that you are worried about, some behavior that makes you stress then you need to stop, it's not worth it. If nothing else talk to someone. As long as you don't talk about hurting yourself or anyone else they have to keep it to themselves, if it's a counselor. I don't sleep well either. I find reading helps and not watching any news or drama TV before bed or at times for days because I worry subconsciously. There is nothing I can do to change the world.
You had your blood sugar checked lately? The thyroid can cause sweats and inability to sleep and thirst as well as diabetes, so, a physical is in order for you, in my opinion. The nose could just be allergies. Benadry can dry you up and help you sleep if you get that physical and get a good report. good luck.

You didn't say what kind of sick. Cold, flu or an unknown like an indoor allergy like dust mites. There are millions of them on your sheet. Have mom wash bed linens in very hot water and dry in the dryer and not outside. If symptoms improve, consider allergy testing.
