Have you tried seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist? They can properly diagnose you and a psychiatrist can prescribe appropriate medication(s).

I understand everything you're talking about. I have visual, auditory, and olfactory hallucinations. The slowness, both of mind and physical movement, it gradually gets better then worse. It's like a wave. My relationships are always failing because my relapses are so close together. The best thing you can do for yourself is exactly what I did: go to a phychiatrist. They put me on Risperdal and Lithium, and it's working for me better than if I was on my own.

It is hard to cure yourself when you don't know what is wrong. I agree with the previous posts, you should go see a Dr ASAP and have a physical. Tell your Dr you are having auditory hallucinations. There are many different things that can cause these kinds of symptoms from stress, drugs, brain tumors, schizophrenia, bipolar psychosis, epilepsy etc. My purpose is not to scare you but many of these things you can't cure yourself. So please see a Dr and find out what is causing the symptoms. Take care!

My friend had this problem . But you sound pretty good for someone who is suffering from this.. its hard to have good insight when your having hallucinations You tend to deteriorate and go to a place that usually has no insight. ... . I would go to a doctor. most people cant even sit at a computer and communicate while this is going on. maybe your one of the lucky ones. Medicines and therapy are the only things that help. trust me . my friend had years of pain and agony because she knew she had a problem but never accepted the diagnosis.SHe has paranoid schizophrenia . So go to the doctors .

This is not the place for help. Find a health professional and get yourself a physical.
