Well, Its late at night, and I can't sleep well. After laying down, I can barely go to sleep. I get this huge headache and feel nausiated, then wake up and take some this "TIGER BALM" ( an asian form of Vi cks Vapor Rub) to relieve the pain of the headache. But lately, I've been having this same pattern for about 4 days now..I haven't told my husband, because he'll just say the same oh same oh "you're pregnant" line...with the J/K afterwards..
Now that I am up and out of bed I don't feel it anymore..CAN someone respond if they have any idea what may be going on.
PLEASE.....NO NOTES OF SEEING A DOCTOR..PLEASE NO RUDE COMMENTS>>>>>

By what you're describing it sounds like you may be experiencing migraines. What separates migraines from regular headaches is either nausea or sensitivity to light. Try an over the counter migraine medication (they are different in that they have caffeine which is able to speed up the action of the other ingredients). And I know you said not to put in seeing a doctor but I find it necessary to say that if that's not working then a doctor can prescribe much better medication that should alleviate your symptoms.

its probably the tiger balm, its not really for headaches, its for joints and muscles and stuff like that,it expands capillaries so i can understand your thinking, its logical, and youve probably used it before and it worked, but a headache with nausea is not a stress induced headache,i would give you more alternative advice instead of seeing a doctor, but honestly you need to at least be diagnosed because it is abnormal that it only affects you laying down,i can think of several things but without and actual diagnosis i am hesitant to recommend anything

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Could it be something in relation with the bed making you emotionally sick which in turn makes you physically sick? Any past traumas or PTSD?
