Dear Person,
Next time you visit the doctor ask him if I am this tall and this old how much should I way?Nobody really has an ideal weight, it depends on the way you are built and your genes. If you have a history of overweight people in your family you are probably going to be big.To help you maintain your weight, you should eat portioned sized foods and exercise.Go light on the dairy products and bread. If you go to a buffet and eat alot, you have to make-sure you excercise more than you ate.If you ate five plates you need to run about 2 miles. Now if you usually don't exercises, don't go and try to do all of these fancy workouts. Just go easy, maybe run and do some sit-ups or crunches. If you know you need to lose weight try to keep some aerobic tapes in your house. Don't sit around and be lazy go out and do something.Maybe if you need to give your house a good cleaning.Just don't sit around and act lazy.Maybe excercise with a friend. You and her or him plan some days where you cook a healthy meal together.I hope what I said is what you were looking for when you asked the question!:)

I don't know how old you are or how tall you are but weight is going to be relevant to your height and your age. I suggest going to the website www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi . This is a government site that is dedicated to the assessment of body weight related to height , age and sex. If you are under 18 you need to use the BMI calculator for children and teens. If your weight falls withing the normal weight for your age, height and sex, then you can tell whoever is criticizing you they don't know what they are talking about and use this web site as proof. At any rate, you should not try to lose weight without consulting either a doctor, health fitness expert, or physical education teacher. You may want to exercise more, ride a bike, walk, swim, something that will increase your heartrate for approximately 20 minutes at a time. Please don't do anything without consulting someone in a position of authority!! I suspect your weight is just fine. Good luck and stay healthy!!

The Best Exercises To Lose Weight
Exercise that pushes your heart rate closest to your targeted heart rate is the most suitable exercise to get rid of fat. You should exercise with sufficient intensity to raise your pulse rate, which in turn speeds up the fat loss process. The exercises that bring your heart rate close to your targeted heart rate will boost your metabolism, which will lead to fat loss.Besides, making you look better, weight loss offers hosts of other health benefits. When you reduce 10-15% of your weight, your chances of suffering from heart attack, diabetes as well as cholesterol levels go down. Hence if you are thinking of getting started, the best time to get started is now.Commitment is the most crucial factor to get any exercise program started.
Do cardio exercises for 30-60 minutes at least 3-4 times per week. Regularly working out for a month will increase your energy levels, improve your mood and reduce your waist size. Commitment will also help you to choose the best exercise that will aid your fat loss.Vary your exercise routine. This will make your workout exciting, thus increasing your motivation. Choose any exercise to burn fat. The most popular types of exercises are running, walking, hiking, playing basketball etc. But ensure that you do this chosen activity with enough intensity to raise your heart rate. You can also choose a combination of two or more activities.
For maximum fat loss, get a full body workout. This means adding a weight training session to your workout. Choose a combination or either walking, jogging or running and weight training to tighten the arms and shoulders to make it a total workout. Select a few exercises you love and then alternate them to get a routine that will excite you. This ensures you will remain at it for a long time.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Don't worry about it unless you have to waddle (sorry if that is mean) If you really care that much about you're appearance, then go exercise at your house, like pushups or situps. You CANNOT go through some depression and desire some comfort food or else you will get addicted and then you will weigh 150 pounds then have heart disease, then have a stroke, then live by tubes hanging by your body and then you can't leave your bed... and yeah
So anyways just exercise, Don't eat big proportions at meal times, Snack throughout the day so you don't have to eat much lunch or dinner (breakfast is important)
If you want to become a supermodel become anorexic (can't spell)
And don't read this if you're anorexic

First of all, maybe you should look at the chart for your age, height and weight, see if your weight is correct there. But anyways, to be a bit skinnier, you can cut portions of your meals, and try not to eat high calories foods like cake or pop or chips etc. Also walking fast helps lose weight, to benefit your arms, while you are walking fast, move your arms back and forth as you walk. Or you can run if you can do that, swim if you want, ride a bicycle if you want. It is up to you which cardio excercise you choose. But remember to try and do it maybe 3-5 times a week. Start at 3 times a weeks and 30 minutes. Once you feel you can do it for longer, do it for a longer time period and if you feel that tyou can excercise 5 times a week for an hour or 45 minutes go for it. But remember, do it gradually, in time and frequency, until you are used to it and ready to move to a longer time and to more times per week to excercise. You can even change your routine everyday that you do excercise: you can swim one day, bicycle ride the next, maybe fast walk the next and run the next. Peer pressure is hard to deal with as well, I know. Maybe go visit your doctor and look at that chart for your age, height and it should give you the weight that is appropriate. I know people walk around like anorexics sometimes, but that is not good for you at all, being anorexic. So see what my advice does for you.

hmmm... lemme get this straight.... the reason why you're asking this is because you feel bad about yourself because of what people say right?? ok... so everybody has an inferiority complex at least once in our life and i do hope that what you are going through is just a phase. before i recommend anything i would like you to get properly psyched in in what uou want to do.... ask yourself over and over if you are doing this for yourself or for others just so they'd shut up... if it's for other people start thinkin' coz they are not you and they are not supposed to be making decisions for you... ;)
how to lose weght...
1) be mentally and emotionally healthy.... you need this to be devoted to your diet and excercise regimen...
2)make a regimen and stick to it
3) do not crash diet. eat something at least three times a day. if you do not want to compute for your 'supposed' caloric intake per day... just eat half of what you have on you're plate.
4) exercise... there is no better way to lose weight and make you feel grate than exercise... i recommend swimming, cycling and jogging. these are full body work outs... if you have to jog you have to do it at least for 4 hours a week...to lose weight.
5) get enough sleep. sleep revitalizes you but don't over do it... otherwise you'd have a sedentary lifestyle...
6)diet pills... so this is another issue most of us are confronted with.... it's fast and easy especially if these are proven to be effective BUT those that are not approved by the FDA have a lot of side effects like hepatic toxicity, renal toxicity, may cause psychiatric problems....dryness of mucous membranes, allergic reations and the like..
7) liposuction and the like... if you have money you can go for this BUT this is an instant solution and if you do not change your eating habits you may find yourself gaining weight again...

I dont think you can be considered fat at 120 pounds unless you are only 3 feet tall. You can lose weight by exercise and cutting out fats and candy and eating smaller portions at mealtimes. Drink lots of water too! Good luck to you, take care

The only way you would be fat at 120 lbs is if you stood 3 feet tall. You are not fat. People who say that are just tryin to get your goat.

Forget what others say! If you feel comfortable with your size and feel like you are in good health, then there is no need to lose weight. The only one that is FAT is the person with the big Fat mouth that is trying to bring you down. People need to have feelings.
Just be happy and ignore people like that.
