I want to make some Jell-o Pudding but I don't want to use milk. Is there any lower-calorie substitutes I could use?
Thanks!

Absolutely! Soy milk is very good. You can buy it regular or reduced fat, and either way it's better for you than milk. You can also purchase it slightly sweetened with vanilla...which would make the pudding quite yummy.
There is also rice milk, but that is gritty and would add an unnececessary texture to your pudding.

I checked a field of jell-o on the spot pudding and it pronounced to no longer use soy milk because of the fact the pudding does no longer set up appropriate... i could attempt it besides and shrink the milk to a million-a million/2 cups rather of the two on their instructions
