i proposed to my wife by buying 4 teddy bears each ranging from smallest to biggest and before she came from work i lighted the whole house with candles and placed rose pettals everywhere and aranged the teddy bears in a trail towards the bedroom and there i had our song play on the stereo and more candles and rose pettals with the biggest bear on the bed holding the ring and me in the closet to surprise her you see i told her i was goning away on training and wasn't coming back for three days , it was the 2nd day................and she said yes...

it wasn't really a romantic thing, because the guy is like a brother to me... a good friend of mine got out of the air force shortly before my birthday a few years back, and on my birthday i opened the door and there were i think about a dozen and a half red roses on my doorstep with a really sweet note from him. at 17 i've never had a real boyfriend, so that's the closest i've got to something romantic.

My (now ex, unfortunately) boyfriend whom I had met over the internet and known for about four years spent an ungodly amount of money to fly from Stockholm to the states to spend Christmas vacation with me. The best nine days of my life.

my girlfriend said the most romantic thing i did for her was for valentines day i made a scavenger hunt for her to find things and it was a lil present at each stop and the theme was white so i give her white chocolate, white stuffed tiger, white roses, white chocolate dipped strawberries etc...then i had her meet me at the park that we went one our 1st date to(where i got sick cuz she didnt have a jacket and i gave her mine)and i took off my jacket and gave it to her again. it was freezing again dat night too

once, i met this guy in a christian camp and we would talk over the messenger, then one day he flew from queretaro to tijuana just to see me!!! He looked so handsome when i saw him in the airport, and he brougth me flowers, and he would hug me all the time, and say sweet things
