South Dakota has, although it is going to a vote this November. It should be illegal in all states. Here's why:

I often hear about how it is becoming more and more difficult for women to get abortions in America. I fear for these women and hope that the hateful pro-life movement ends. It's absolutely disgusting to see what is going on in America these days. I do not believe that abortions have been banned in any state as of yet and hope that your Roe Vs Wade is never over turned.

I believe South Dakota has. Look it up. However, I think it's legal for doctors on the Indian Reservations there to perform still.
This was all recent news. I am sorry I can't be 100% for sure but just google South Dakota Abortion Ban. See what you get.

I wish they all would. That was the worst mistake in my life!!!!
The governor of South Dakota, Mike Rounds, signed today a bill intended to ban most abortions in the state and to set up a challenge to the United States Supreme Court decision, handed down in 1973, that legalized abortion in all states.

Scant Drop Seen in Abortion Rate if Parents Are Told (March 6, 2006)
Text: South Dakota Abortion Law (findlaw.com)
Text: Roe v. Wade (findlaw.com) The law would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless it was necessary to save the woman's life, with no exception for cases of rape or incest. Planned Parenthood, which operates the state's only abortion clinic, has pledged to challenge the law in court.

No, If so this could, can, and will be challenged as unconstitutional. As some of the other posters have also Stated I don't believe in abortion, However I DO NOT believe that the government has the right to tell a woman what she can and cannot do in regards to such an emotional decision.

My state's (Louisiana) Governor, Katheline Blanco, has recently signed a bill to ban abortion statewide. The only way it will be able to take affect is if Roe vs Wade is overturned.

South Dakota has done so; the constitutionality of the law has not yet been challenged, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Should prove to be an interesting fight, regardless of which side you're on.

I don't think they can. Abortion is legal by the Federal government (Supreme Court, RoeV. Wade). If the Feds say its legal, I don't think the states can say different.

In all states most abortions are banned. Only in rape or medical health problems. They should be banned totally. It is murder.
