I have tanned skin ( from the sun ) & dark eyebrows eyelashes & eyes, I want to buy hair extensions, They only come in shades of blondes, ash, red, auburn.. etc black and light brown, Except my hair is going to take a lot of hairdressing visits to get light brown & that means a lot of extra money.
Is black hair the way to go, what things should i know about it before i get it done?

Let the professionals guide you to your perfect look. It might be that the light brown means more money, but better to look good spending more than feeling like you should of spent the money but didn't. the extensions will last a while.
Remember a rule of thumb, don't throw a dollar after a dime. It is better to spend more on the front end.
Good Luck, Hair woes have always been an issue for me as well, and I learned after many years, the professionals know their business, at least the good ones do. I spent more to go to a good one to get it right, then maintain the look with someone more affordable.

Its not going to look good tan skin and dark hair..actually it depends on how tan you are like if you are in a more browny side or orangy but if you are going to get extension may i suggest you get the hair color you actually want it doesnt really matter on the money since you are going to spend alot on the extension already might as well pay a bit more to get the color you want hope that helps

it would help to know your hair color! Ok thanks hun, if i were you i would get a mix of colors it looks more natural. get a dark and light brown and a dark blonde that is in the same shade, applying the darkest on the nape of the neck and work your way lighter as you go towards the top of your head, so it looks like the sun has done it. It can be fun.

Go to a salon that provides a computer image service. They'll take your photo, put it on screen and try different hair styles and hair colours there. It's a great way to see if you suit a particular style or colour.
There's a charge, but it's way cheaper than going through the actual process, and can save you a lot of heart break.

Sorry, babe...the only way is to dye it blacker or attempt utilising some henna ? Your hair will look brownish interior the image voltaic because of the fact maximum human beings with hair that seems black is definitely dark brown.

have u tried looking around other salons as i no u can get more colours then what u stated, i think u need to look around at other places 1st b4 u go playing around with ur colour as extentions dont treat the hair the best so u do want it to b in good condition b4 the extentions go in, some salons depending where u are can colour the extentions to match the hair colour u have. make sure ur extentions are real hair it lasts longer and u can straighten curl and colour them.

Just remember once your hair is colored black it;s a long drawn out process to get it lighter again.
