Sebastian dresses more my type and is very attractive and outgoing. On the other hand Andrew is more on a different style than I am and has the same personality. Sebastian and Andrew show they like me. They both have their ups and downs but I still can't make up my mind. I see Andrew at work weekly and is 21 years old. I see Sebastian in college twice a week and is 19 years old.

Personally, I would date them both.
Too many people around your age think that you MUST ONLY date one person.
This is not right. This is why SO many young marriages end in divorce. The people just haven't dated enough different personality types, to KNOW, what kind of person would be perfect for them.
This isn't an engagement, we're talking about. It's just dating. That's all.
If they complain about it, just explain it to them, as I just did.
The more people you date intimately, the better choices you can make, down the road.
It might turn out, that neither of them are perfect for you.
This will probably be the case.
There will be MANY guys in your future if everything goes right and you don't stiffle your chances of meeting MR. RIGHT.
In just a matter of weeks or a few months, you'll know whitch guy you are more in love with. These things can take time, sometimes. There's nothing wrong with it.
