It depends on the country
It is illegal in must of Islamic countries.
In some countries, officeres will close their eyes pretending they don't see. They actually accept such activities, but they can't say it loud and clear.
In other countries, you will be taken to jail for few days, then sent back to your home country.

Yes it is nearly impossible. A man can live there as a homosexual if he is silent. A woman known to be a homosexual is usually killed outright. She under islam can be killed for any reasons but being a lesbian is a death sentence for women.
islamic men are also known to be into animals, and since our military presence there and the news can leak out many have been caught, and their story published in the news of sex with donkeys. especially in Afghanistan.
