I met this girl online and exchanged phone numbers. I have been talking to her on the phone for 3 weeks for hours at a time. (yes we did exchange picts). She said she is looking foward to meeting me as a FRIEND!!
She lives in NC where I am from, but I am 1,000 miles away at a friends house for 2 months.
Tonight I told her on the phone that it is not worth me driveing all that way if she just wants to be friends. I asked her if we would ever take it to the next step and she said she did not know and she did not want me to drive there for her to let me down and disipoint me. She told me she had to go (off the phone), and she would talk to me tomorrow.
What does this mean?

dude, i know how you feel, just a little while ago, i met this girl from my school. we hit it right off. after about a week, she started tellin me about all these guys she likes after weve been talkin on the phone for like three hours a day. then, itld her that i was sort of falling for her, and you know what she said?? "i think of u as a brother." my plan is to wait a few months, get to know her, and then bring it up again. for now, im just going to let it hide in the shadows, i think you should do the same.

You can't have that kind of relationship with someone you never meet!
You are JUST friends till you get to know each other IN PERSON... and then decide to be more then friends - or not.

it probably means she isn't comfortable with talking about it. just give her some time to think about the situation. and i am sure 1 day she will want to be more but fot now u have a great thing going on with her. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

u probably made her upset, and maybe instead of saying that u should of said that u couldn't make it or something. Anyway, GFs and BFs become that way 'cause they were friends 1st. If she doesn't call u 2 morrow, u should call her and apologize!

she feels that your being pushy. take your time and let things happen naturally. don't rush you'll scare her off.
