I have cramp on my right thumb recently. It started few weeks ago, it was on and off, and one day in a week. I noticed that it happened more frequent past two weeks. I do not feel any pain when it is cramping. Is it sign of diseas? Or any ideas?

Massage the area. But it sounds like arthritis. But go see a doctor to be sure. Some people use ice packs or warm water with Epsom salt to help with that type of inflammation.

When I was a kid I used to get this, but it was from playing too much video games. I think it's called tendonitis... or something... I remember cos my dad called it nintendonitis. I always check webmd if I have any health related questions. Hope it gets better soon!

Well do you have a side kick or a blackberry? Maybe typing is the cause of your cramps.
