Most of the time, it does make you buy lots of things you won't really need. Always eat first before grocery shopping.

I generally do not eat before going to the grocery and I do tend to spend more money by not eating before I go.

I do have to eat before I go to the grocery store. If I don't I tend to buy
everything in sight. If I go to the fancy one with the deli in the middle I just
want to stand and drool all over the glass cases.

I tend to go to the grocery store hungry, usually after work. And I tend to buy more goodies :)

I do not necessariy eat before i go to the market however i do try not to go if i am hungry because yes i do tend to over spend

I don't do it as a rule, but I have noticed if I don't, I'll end up buying more stuff that I don't need. Also, I tend to forget the important things I intend to buy because I'm in such a hurry to get out of the store to eat that yummylicious chocholate bar.

Of course! When I go shoping and I havent eaten I buy many things I wouldnt ordinarily buy.

I've learned that I can never go to the grocery store on an empty stomach. EVER. Everything looks good.

if you dont want to spend too much money just write down a list of what you apsolutly need and just keep reminding yourself to not but any more
