yes, it is possible as long as your epiphyseal growth plates at the end of your long bones (femur and tibia/fibula for your leg length) have not closed (i.e. stopped creating cartilage for your osteocytes to later fill in with bone).....so, yes is the answer....
also, it has to do with growth factors keeping the chondrocytes alive and making new cartilage for the bone to fill in with osteoid... it is the lack of thses growth factors from being produced that ultimately closes down the plates at a genetically determined time... (usually early teens for women and late teens for men)

If you are male you may grow more, yes. If female, your chances are not so good to grow more, females usually stop around 16.
