I found out when I read a chat log between them. They were talking about the time the had sex. I dumped her for it but he dose'nt know I found out. She did'nt tell him. I think they are still seeing each other. Now I have to look at this jerk every day. I want to smash his stupid face but I love my job. What would you do?

You should tell your ex girlfriend that you saw the chat log! That might embaress her up the wazoo :P You could also tell your co-worker that you know about what happened, and maybe he'll stay away from you for fear that he may one day get his stupid face smashed in.
If you love your job, don't smash his face in!
Oh, and about what kilroy said... I assume that this guy knew your ex was still dating you at the time they were seeing each other? If that's the case, then I think you have every right to be mad.

I would take him out to lunch (not to eat) and tell him right in the face what I've discovered. I'll then tell him exactly how I feel and of course mention that a better man with some degree of respect wouldn't interfere in another man's affairs... After I'm through talking, I'll just get up and walk out of the restaurant. As for work, just concentrate on work as hard as it may seem. Go for an afternoon run or something. Exercise always helps to relieve you from negative feelings

Are you sure that it is true? Yeah it is a chat log but how accurate is it? if it is true then you have to be the better man and move on with your life. Smashing his stupid face would be very nice, and stress relieving but you lose your job, and you let it get to you. She ****** up with a great guy like yourself, and like I always say "What goes around, comes around." Karma has an interesting way on biting people in the *** hahaha.

Let him have her , they both deserve each other and I'm quite sure he knows that you know it. You should say something, Hey how's what ever her name is and what did you guys do last night. Tell him he did you a big favor getting her off your hands, that you didn't know he liked other guys left overs. Don't smash his face you do need your job and she ain't worth it either.
