"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL" error?

I get this blue screen message a lot of times in my windows XP service pack 2 OS. Can someone help me.

The most common cause of this blue screen is improperly installed drivers.

IRQ errors are when your computer hardware is trying to share the one IRQ port. If you have added any hardware recently that may be the cause. Refer toy your motherboard user guide in BIOS Settings for directions how to change IRQ ports
