This is wrong...I'm a Muslim living in a Muslim country, and this kind of stupid behavoir doesn't happen...The compensation is due on the person who's mistaken, whether it's a man or women, a Muslim or non-Muslim

Did you know Muslims in the USA that get into vehicle accidents get treated the same as you do? (Muslim or not)

because men are responsible for full maintenance of the family. He is the bread winner and takes care of all expenses. Any money in compnesation goes towards taking care of his family.
women get half because they are not required to do jobs and not required to spend any of the money on the family if they so choose.
however, if a woman is the sole bread winner and supports the family, then her compensation is the same as the man.
