If we launched them back over the fence it would be faster than making them walk. 35 to 50 an hour, vs 2 to 6 an hour at INS, deportation doesn't work. Let's try launching a few families back as an example!

Oh I'm sorry I meant to say that we would be launcing worthless welfare recipients, so that we could retain the hard working immigrants that come to this country. Unlike most of you, I actually get to work where I can see what the American workforce is made of, and guess what, blacks don't want to work in construction. It is to fast paced, and it is outside. As for welfare, White, black, yellow, red, get on the catapault, and take your family with you. Workers have earned a place in America!

What state would they be catapulted from? California, Texas, or Indiana? We have alot of them here believe it or not.
How big would it have to be to get that kind of range? Would we send them back one at time or the whole family at once? Or may be we catapult them into Canada? Only problem with that is they would find their way back here I think.
Would we need to supply the mattress for them to land on? Or would Mexico just build a big fly swatter to hit them back over to our side? Kind of like ping-pong.
I wonder what kind of bounce factor they would have when they land? How many landings could one mattress take before needing to be changed?

'ulharmony', the Indians weren't advanced enough to have catapults. They had bows and spears when the colonists came, which we replaced with guns. They had a chance to stop the spread of the colonists but failed. They lost their territory. That's how colonization by conquest goes.

Not if we get to strap you to it first and sent you to work in a factory down there where it's a sweatshop.

But alas, we NORMAL americans forbid cruel and unusual punishment, so we'll just send you out in the desert without any water

I know I'll get "thumbs down" for this one but they'd probably think it was some kind of carnival ride.

HMMMMMM interesting I think we could do that with the south americans that enter Mexico illegally. Letting lose on them with a ak-47 makes such a mess.
