There isnt really a way to tell yourself.

Does it really matter?

Even if you have sex, you can still have it. The hymen stretches.

An OB/GYN doc will be able to tell if it is still intact.

ask yourself:
have I had sex yet?
Did I bleed alot for a brief time for no apparent reason?
If you answer NO to both.. you still got it
