I'm going to guess that you are a woman asking this question. Iron and Vitamin D are probably the most important vitamin's for a young woman.

Doctor would be the best person to ask - especially if you are not sure what is making you ill. But I take a good Multi Vitamin to help me make it through the day. Make a time with a doctor and get a blood test to see what you are very low on to make sure you get the right ones!

Vitamin C and zinc. They have people that can help you with choosing. I go to a woman that does things like looks in my eyes, determines my strength... and then gives me certain vitamins. Also try to get it from foods. Eat almonds, oranges, drink milk, fruit, and lots of veggies (esp. green) Also eat wheat instead of white bread

The best way to get proper nutrition by eating whole foods. Whole foods ,meaning whole grain breads, fresh fruits and veggies. you can go online and learn more about nutritional content in food, so this way you can target certain nutrients, to get exact what you need for your health issues. it would be more helpful if you gave some info on what your health issues are, if you could list some that would be great.
