no im looking for a code to reset the v-chip and my friend dont know what his dad had it set to so this is not about giveing or kepping the tv

I'm not sure what you're asking. Did you borrow the TV? Reegardless, give the TV back to your friend. It was his dad's and it has become of sentimental value now that he's gone.

IF YOU Borrowed it.....Give it back

IF HE said " You can keep it" ......it's yours.....

IF HE said "You can keep it" NOW he says "My dad died, can I get His TV back from you?" Do the RIGHT THING......Give it back
