congratulations on the new baby!

damn, it sounds like you eat healthy anyway. everything on your list is fine.

something that's important--and you may already be doing it, is to be taking a multivitamin with folic acid in it. folic acid is an important b vitamin that plays an essential role in the formation of the baby's early nervous system. there have been studies that show that birth defects like spina bifida especially, occur much less frequently if the mother was on a multivitamin that provided lots of folic acid.

google it---don't just take my word for it. your ob-gyn will probably put you on a special prenatal vitamin anyway to ensure you're getting everything you need.

congrats, and best of luck to you!

Congratulations! I don't believe anything on your list is unsafe. Just watch your salt and sugar intake. During pregnancy especially b/c of pregnancy diabetes and high blood pressure.
When I was pregnant I craved alot of fruit, vegetables and yogurt. Your body will tell you what it needs or wants.
Try to stay away from caffinated soda.
When you start to experience morning sickness (that doesn't just happen in the morning) make sure you have some saltine crackers on hand.

You should call your local health department about the fish issue and ask which fish are okay for you to be eating. But as far as that goes as long as everything is properly cooked you should be fine on eating all of that. All of it sounds pretty healthy so congrats on already having a good diet. :) Below is a link to web md's artical about which fish are okay to eat right now and which ones aren't. I used this as a guide while pregnant but I also live in Michigan and I couldn't have several of our fresh water fish caught in our lakes here.

Congratulations!

You can eat all of those foods and most everything else. Things to stay away from are sushi, large amounts of fish in general, lunch meats, unpasteurized cheese (ie; brie). For a list of things that you should and should not eat during pregnancy check out Baby Center at http://www.babycenter.com/pregnancy/isitsafe/index#safefoodBkmk. You can also sign up there for information throughout your pregnancy.

There is a different between unsafe and healthy. Do make sure that you introduce more fruits and vegetables and cut the breaded things more. Make sure that you take a prenatal vitamin. Drink 8 8 oz glasses of water a day. Cut salt intake.

Your food sounds good, watch out for the sodium in those instant lunch noodles.

Pregnant women should stay away from tuna/swordfish (all types of "meaty" fish) because of the mercury content. Get yourself the book "What to Expect when your Expecting". It will give you all the info you need.

If you do eat deli meat you need to put it in the microwave and warm it until it starts steaming. As far as the noodles, wooooowww very high in fat. Other than that good choice. Lay off of the soft cheese as well.

You'll be fine eating any of this. It sounds like you eat a well balanced diet anyway. Make sure you take a good prenatal vitamin. Talk to your doctor about how often it is safe to eat fish.

Nothing on there is unsafe, per se, but you don't have any vegetables and leafy greens. Basically the darker green a vegetable is, the better. Anyway, get some fresh veggies!!!
