Because you're not happy with yourself. Find out why, and then take the steps to fix it. It's not the situation you're in. You can go around the world, and there you are. Can't get away from you, so you should do what you can to like yourself.

Happiness is a choice we make. If we look at the negative of both worlds we will never be happy. What are the good things about home? What are the good things about work?

Everyone from time to time feels the need for change....
This is totally natural.
That you are trying to find happiness at work indicates that you are geared toward improving your quality of life, and the like....
Perhaps you find work as your way of expressing yourself to the world, and you don't feel like your potential future is going the way it should.
Take the attitude that this can change if you want it to....
The journey to contentment begins by taking one step and finding your destination on the way.
