I think she's being to nice. If you don't go out with her it's because she don't know what she got in front of her. She doesn't deserve someone like you. Find someone else that will love you as much as you love her.

Nick, buddy, whatcha doing. You don't tell a girl that you love her unless you're dating/married. If you tell a girl you love her, and she's with somebody else, chances are she's going to think you're a stalker or something. What I would to is drop the whole "I love you" stuff for a long time and just continue to e her friend. Sooner or later you'll get your chance. But if you keep coming on to strong like that, you might lose her forever.

uhhh...Well, it does! she just see u as a...friend. If a girl says..

"and am really happy about it too
you're a really nice, caring guy
and i really appreciate your honesty and kindness"

it means she just wants to be friends with u nothing more..

Let this be a lesson not to fall in love with a taken lady.

Or let this be another lesson in how to swoon one's lady from him.

All in all you should have waited to pour your heart out so it may be too late. Whatever friendship you had is going to be akward now and in that affect the one chance you have with her is already gone. SO here's the best advise I can give you.

Get over her and move on to someone or something else.

Well the best thing you can do is wait.
That's really cute though, but I think you might need to think about what 'love' really means to you. Because I believe that people say that but underestimate the power of the word 'love'.

It does mean something. She likes her bf and at the same time, you. I would wait it out. Become friends with her and maybe, she'll have problems and leave him for you. Worse comes to worse at least you'll still be friends and get to be around her most of the time.

Any time a girl says she is "flattered" it means she does not feel the same way about you. She does not want to be with you. But she does not want you to feel bad.

well she is obviously happy with what she has already got. or she would have made her move when she had the chance, id say it was her way of telling you that she is happy with just being friends, you will have to be happy with that or you will risk losing her all together, good luck

Why the hell did you that? Uh, theres a reason why she said what she said, I mean, she has a boyfriend and obviously isnt into you, yet youre still asking if it means anything? Wow. No offense, dont wanna be mean, its simply the brutal truth.

:) PEACE.

I would say not, especially since she has a boyfriend, i think its good because it means shes not a cheater but you shouldnt have told her that if shes taken..

when theyre not together maybe it would be but shes making it clear not now without being a *****
