Topical AB ought to do the trick. Look for redness around the site and pus. If you start seeing this, you will need to give the dog injectable antibiotic (AB) or AB pills. The labels will give you the proper dosages.

I doubt if the bite was very deep, or there would be more bleeding. Especially if the bite penetrated to the sinuses.

DON'T use mouthwash on it. Mouthwash is not an antiseptic. If mouthwash was strong enough to truly kill the bacteria YOU have to worry about, it would also damage the sensitive tissues in the mouth. The germs that cause bad breath and tooth decay aren't nearly as hardy as S aureus and those other nasty bugs that cause wound infections.

Keep the wound clean and apply Neosporin or other triple-antibiotic ointment on it at least two or three times a day and your dog should be fine.

The swelling is normal. It is also essential. You could give your dog Dexamethasone or some corticosteroid to reduce the swelling, but that will hamper the dogs immune system and will slow the healing process. Swelling of tissues helps to rinse the area of wast products caused by dammaged and repairing cells. It also introduces white blood cells to help combat infection. Swelling shouldn't be interfered with unless that swelling is so serious that it is interfering with the dog's ability to breath, or if it restricts blood flow to the limb that the wound is on. Something like that. If the swelling just looks uncomfortable, it isn't anything to worry about.

One of my dogs went a couple rounds with a huge raccoon, which sliced her face up so bad it looked like someone slapped her in the face with a razor blade for 30 minutes. Her head swelled up to twice its normal size. She came out just fine because I disinfected each cut, kept it clean, and put gobs of Neosporin on it twice a day.

Your dog will be OK too as long as you look for infection and treat it as soon as you notice it. Until then, the ointment is all you need.

Nose biting is a common show of authority in the dog kingdom. Keep it clean and use the anti-biotic, if it still looks bad in a day or two, have the vet check it out.

It is normal to have some swelling. Was the dog seen by a vet? They can clean it out really good. You can also use peroxide to wash it out unless it is a deep puncture wound.

If it's a deep bite you might want to get it looked at because that's where a dog's sinuses are and you don't want any damage to go undetected.

I'd take the dog to the vet to get it looked at just for peace of mind, but that's just me.

Are you kidding me? Have the thought "Take the dog to the vet" occurred yet. I will pray for your dog because it sounds like you are worried about how much this is going to cost you as opposed to your dog slowly bleeding to death.
