Unremarkable means nothing worth remarking about. The term is frequently used in medicine to refer to findings that are generally normal. For example, if a person has an x-ray of the chest that comes back normal, the doctor may write "x-ray of the chest is unremarkable." Unremarkable comes from the Anglo Saxon word "un" meaning "not," and the French word "remarquer" meaning "to mark." Put the words together and you have "not to mark."

It mean that he or she has found nothing that stands out, no difinitive signs of anything being wrong. It can mean that everything looks normal and there is nothing to worry about, or it can mean that further tests are needed.
