i think ephedra is excellent for dieting if used correctly. always eat before you take the first dose of the day. and drink lots of water. if you are just starting out take less then the suggested amount to start then gradually work your way up to the normal dosage. i lost 20 pounds in about six weeks after having my second child. then shortly after that it was taken off the market. but i found a place online where you can buy it at buyephedraonline.com. it is very expensive though. good luck.

No. It has been, or was outlawed in most of the United States .. several states banned its sale or use. It is hard on the heart .. some people have had heart damage , and/or died from overusing it. Look at the other ideas on yahoo q & a for how to lose weight quickly and safely. Good Luck ! :)
