Will I be unable to get health insurance because my twins were preemies?

I am thinking about buying a business. If I do I will, of course, loss the health insurance my family has through my current employer and I will have to get private health insurance. My concern is that I have 16 month old twins. They were born 3 months early and had a number of health issues in the beginning spending their first 3 months of life in the hospital. Thankfully they are both healthy now and neither have any specific health issues now. My question is will their past prevent us from qualifying for private health insurance?

it should not, just try to call some carriers before you make a change, otherwise state always will help kids when they have family insurance issues, good luck
