Scrambled eggs is definitely a quick low-carb breakfast. You can also buy precooked ham cubes and some cheese and cook it in there too. Yummy!

Breakfast burrito on low-carb tortilla. Scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon or sausage. You can even make them up ahead of time and microwave them. Add some veggies for variety.

FRUIT! yumm~ apples, oranges, bananas, mangos, (though they might take a while to peel) or just go get a smoothie or make one--have it all w/ a cup of tea w/ no sugar~ + skim milk as a drink and if you're still hungry eat a chewy granola bar
