It depends on how much you weigh to start. 10 pounds to a 120 pound person is nearly 10% of their mass. 10 pounds on a 350 pound person, however, is not so much.

Depends on your size. If you're 75 pounds overweight, it probably won't show that much. If you're 20 pounds overweight, losing 10 pounds will make a big difference. Good luck!

It depends on what your weight is now. It looks much different if you are 120 lbs, while nobody would notice if you are 200 lbs.
