I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Like another person said see a professional. I had acne pretty bad in high school. I was 16 and went to a dermatologist. There i had dermabrasion done and was prescribed different creams at each stage and antibiotics depending on the cause. This is a long term solution not a quick fix.

It depends on how bad the acne is....If its really bad, go proactive or clearasil. If they r just little bumps round ure face, mix lemon juice and toothpaste (the white kind, noting blue and all gellish)and dab it on the pimples. Apply twice a day. It may burn a little and cause allergic reaction, but if u r smart and (f your allergic to toothpaste or lemon juice,do not do dat!

Put toothpaste (not gel kind) on the spots every night and wash off in morning. Dont touch your face a lot that makes your skin oilier which blocks pores, causes bacteria, and more breakouts. Also use soap in morning and night. Proactive works too.

aww your mom is amazingly recommend. properly, attempt Clearasil extremely, that worked for me exceptionally plenty. purely be advantageous you purely wash your face 2 cases an afternoon, in case you wash your face too plenty it gets very dry and make your zits even worse! it is likewise sturdy in case you do an oatmeal mask a pair of times an afternoon, it won't dry your face out because of the fact that's thoroughly organic. purely get 2 pinches of oatmeal and a few drops of water, smash it up somewhat and positioned it throughout your face for 10 -20 minutes, then rinse it off. slumbering early like around 9:00 rather helps restoration and strengthen your pores and skin undertaking too.
