What is great is water and half a lemon or drink pineapple juice with the bits in not the smooth pineapple juice and eat grapefruit for breakfast with natural low fat yogurt.

Cold water is far better. The body has to heat the water to body temperature; thus using energy.

I dont think it matters. Drinking cold water burns one calorie or so to warm ur body back up so...
