He has expressed his disappointment with one of my sisters for not attending regularly. I just feel we are all grown adults and this is still treating us like we are kids under his roof? Am I wrong?

He cares about you and it's obviously important to him that you have a relationship with God as he does. It's difficult when you want something so badly not to ask about it like he has been. And I'm sure you don't want to lie to him, but at the same time will the truth be hurtful? Is he pretty up there in age? Maybe he just wants some peace with the issue before his time comes. Hate to put it that way, but maybe?! He's worried about your soul, that should be touching to you.

he is your dad and will always be your dad no matter the age. you probably had a very religous life when you were growing up and he wants you to keep keeping that life with god. or maybe he grew farther away from god when he was an adult and doesnt want you to make the same mistakes.. i dont know all the details..but you should just ignore it.. hes your dad..

According to the Bible your father is responsible for your upbringing. He is only concerned for your spiritual welfare. Think of as if he is asking if you have gas in your car, would you be offended if he were to ask you that? Church is the gas station of our spirituality. Sorry for the analogy but it was the best I could doe up with.

Perhaps he just wanna make sure that you're not doing the same thing your sister did. Your father is just doing his business of making sure his flock is in the right tract. He is a brother's keeper.

I LOVE THIS QUESTION!!!!

He knows something you don't!
or
You would not see him treating you all like kids.(No disrespect meant in this answer)

He is trying...to help you all......If you are wise
You will seek something he may have found.
Heaven is not open to good people/it is only open to those who love Jesus Christ.....By the way others reading this.....''I did not write the Bible so do not attack my answer please''.

He's concerned. It's okay. You'll miss his prying ways when he's gone. Be glad he cares about you and your family.

He is only concerned. Remember, "A family that worships together, stays together".
