Sure. Windows Vista is the next Windows Operating System. When it comes out, all new computers will use it. This will replace Windows XP. There are some changes.
When it does come out, you will hear more good things that it does.... But do not upgrade to it until you learn if your computer will work with it. As I understand, it needs a much more memory. Some say 512MB minimum, but I would bet that it will work best with 1GB or more RAM. It will probably also need a larger hard drive.

Windows vista will replace Windows XP as the #1 Microsoft OS. So when it comes out Windows XP will be the #2 (Older) system.
It is just a new version of XP (You may be using Windows XP now).
