Very Simple - - Mac/Beef....Fix a box of Mac & Cheese in a pan, while cooking a pound of groundbeef in a skillet. When both are done, spoon groundbeef into mac & cheese leaving behind all the grease. Stir in some salt and pepper and enjoy.

Baked Corn
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole kernel corn
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
25 g margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted ( = 15 g )
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet, saute onion and green peppers in the margarine. Using a wooden spoon, stir flour, salt, pepper and milk into the sauteed mixture. Stir corn kernels and egg into the mixture before pouring the entire concoction into an ungreased medium-size casserole dish.
Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the casserole.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

CHICKEN AND RICE
Boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 per family member)
white rice (minute rice works great)
cream of chicken soup (1 or 2 cans)
a little water or milk (equal amounts to the soup)
Through it all in a casserole dish and some salt and pepper and bake in the over @ 350 degrees. I think about an hour, but you will have to watch it. It's done when the chicken is done and the rice is tender.
It a yummy and simple recipe.
I like to steam cauliflower with it and have some type of bread.

I believe in the K.I.S.S. method of cooking. Mac'n'cheese can have a different taste with just adding some tomato sauce. Pork roast can be wonderful with just 3 ingredients, Onion powder,garlic powder and caraway seed. Season all sides and put it in 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour a pound. Mash potatoes can be zipped up with just adding about 1/4 cup of sour cream.

This is a quick and easy cookie recipe and kids love it.
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Roll into balls and press flat with a fork dipped in sugar on a greased or sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Yummy!!

1/2 cup of locatelli romano cheese grated
Boil macaroni, mix in the sauce pan with chop tom, vinegar, and romano cheese put in dish to serve and put mozzarella balls on top Takes about 15 minutes all pre bought, but tastes home made The mozz is not supposed to melt just get warm

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
