If you mean instructions and techniques, search the web and find illustrator tutorials and examples. You can also buy training, tutorials, etc. at www.lynda.com a huge database for computer software. Lynda training aids are even used at universities and colleges for hands-on and step-by-step training.

well one way would be to press ''F1'', another way would be to just click on the "help" button at the top of the adobe illustrator interface.
