Wash and condition your hair. Then use a comb or a pic to comb through. Grab your towel and dry out your hair by grabbing upwards with a fist like motion (scrunching). Use some styling mousse by putting a big glob in the palm of your hand. Use the same fist like motion with your hand and put small amounts of mousse all through your hair (you should be scrunching at same time as putting the mousse in). Use your towel again to get out some more of the wetness. Finally, use your hair dyer in a medium setting underneath your hair (dryer should be pointed up to the ceiling) and continue to scruch with the fist like motion while drying. Spray with hair spray and continue until your hair is as curly or relaxed as you want. Good Luck!

I have naturally curly hair, and the best way to scrunch without having crispy hair or frizz is this way: Be sure to wash and condition your hair with a curl care, or moisture care formula. Rinse hair with cool water. Pat dry. Do not over- towel dry hair. Use a frizz reducing serum to hold moisture. Then a curl spray to scrunch. The best one I have found is John Frieda Dream Curls. It is alcohol free- so your hair has soft, curls. Spray on hair, flip head over, and take your hair in your palm and act like you are balling up a piece of paper while pushing the mound of hair towards your scalp. Repeat and your hair will be fabulously scrunched and curled.

wash hair, add scrunching spray or setting lotion. comb out tangles, grab sections of your hair from the bottom and squeez and push, once your hair is completely smashed up in your fist use a blow dryer to dry and set your hair. direct the heat from the blowdryer closley to the palm of your hand for about 3-5 seconds. continue until entire head of hair is scrunched. the blowdryer helps especially if you dont have a perm.

Wash your hair. Dry until damp then put it in braids. Spray the braids with a medium hold spray. Then go to bed and in the morning you will have wavy hair. Just place the waves and add a spray gloss to keep frizz down.
