She has done it twice now last week and this week. I think she might be jealous of the stray cat my mom feeds and pets. MY mom has her door closed so she can't pee in there. Now I have a baby gate up 24/7. Is there any way I can get her to stop peeing on things other then in her litterbox agian?

Is she spayed? If not, get her spayed. Make sure her litterbox is clean and accessible.

It is a territorial thing. After you've fed her pick her up and place her in or near her litter tray, speak encouragingly to her and if she goes give her a good pat. This will help her to understand to go in the litter tray. make sure you spray the areas where she wasn't supposed to go with disinfectant to remove the smells that will make her do it again. (You can buy one made for that at the local vet.)
If this doesn't work buy a different type of litter, my cat wont use the crystals but loves the gravel looking stuff.

Peeing in the wrong places is a common sign of a urinary tract infection. You may want to take her to the vet to make sure she's ok. If she is ok, then you can talk to the vet about how to help her adjust to the other cat.

Its probably marking its territory. I think the only way to get her to stop is to train her.
