Whatever towel I use for my shower goes straight into the hamper cuz it's wet and will get moldy.
A hand towel can hang up for a few days.
Sheets should be changed at least once a week. If I was very rich I would pay someone to change my bed every day. There's nothing like fresh clean sheets.

The face towel and bath towel go to the laundry bin after just one use. Bed spreads changed twice a week. Fresh towel and sheets give a 'fresh' feeling.

I use towels a couple times unless they get dirty for some reason. My sheet washing is kind of random because it's rare for me to sleep much in my own bed. I do make sure they are always reasonably clean though. At least every 2 weeks and every week if I slept in bed more than 3 times or so.

I use towels for a week but I hang them to make sure they dry between uses. I also use white towels and wash them in bleach and hot water. Even colored towels should be washed in hot water to kill any bacteria that has built up. You are usually using a towel after you have bathed so it should be exposed to too much bad stuff on it. I have heard that some people keep paper towels in the guest bathroom to use and then throw away so you wouldn't have to worry about any germs.

For me it depends on the weather and bedroom activity.Sometimes I change my sheets every 3 days but generally I'll let them go a little longer. When it's very warm I tend to change them much more often.
Towels most of the same rules apply.I'll keep a towel for 3-5 days but when it's hot they tend to get a little stinky before then.
I always wash my sheets and bedding with a little chlorine bleach and borax added.

It depends what type of towel and what one is using it for. Handtowels, a few days. Bath towels, a few days. Sheets once a week.

I change the sheets once a week. I use towels once and then launder, because after I take my shower and dry off - I use the towel to wipe down the shower door and walls.
