I'm 13 and I need a diet. Can you give me a meal plan for tomorrow. No snacks, please. I love Diet V8 Splash, Pumpkin Spice Kashi bars, and gala apples. I'm not a big lunch eater. I dont like any meet except for grilled chicken and even that occasionally. I never eat eggs, tomatoes, any pig product, etc. I only like lettuce for veggies. Thanks! I also cheer for 1 1/2 tomorrow but I would like a morning work-out that I can do in my living room. Thank you!

salad with croutons are delicious so eat them. um granola bars and special k cereal tastes pretty good.Diet V8 splash is good and if u keep up with theses kinds of foods u should definately lose weight soon so good luck!

stay away from bottled drinks first of all. they're loaded with sugar and all things not good for u. drink lots of water, eat healthy foods (lots of fruits and veggies), eat NO junk food, do alot of exercising. walking is good and the pounds will fall off.
