friendly people, hot girls, and good night life, i would say spain would be great, plus spain is just awsome in general. mundaka seems like a great place but there are other spots too that are really good there..

Go to Bordeaux and surf the region from Lacanu all the way south to Birraritz. Northern Spain has some great breaks too. check out wannasurf.com

It is the north coast of either Fuerteventura or Lanzarote.......on the mainland you can't go wrong with Portugal
