If you don't know, don't answer!
Of the two cases I know of, nothing much happened. One was a kid who drank a cup full right after his father told him not to (just to spite him). Father called posion control and they said dilute with water and milk, don't induce vomiting, let it pass. And it did. The father was bummed that the kid didn't get "a lesson" in the form of a sore stomach or diarrehia or anything.
The immediate risk and the reason they have you NOT vomit it back up is one of "chemical pneumonia" in which the tissues of your throat and ephasogus and/or lungs get irrated by the chemical, swell (very bad in the throat) or leak fluid/pasma (bad in the lungs).
The long-term risk (as with many chemical exposures) is one of cancer risk. Some compounds in gasoline are known to be carcinogenic, especially the benzene. And like all carcinogens, more exposure is a bigger risk.
I deal in calculating risk to a few parts per billion for your whole life, but for a one-time exposure like that to pure gasoline? Maybe a 2-3% percent chance of getting a cancer decades later that you wouldn't have otherwise.
Of course, 40 years for now, if you got throat cancer, you couldn't prove it was from that event. And if you smoke - that is its own obvious risk, but it also makes chemical exposure more dangerous, more of a risk.

Gasoline is toxic; it will kill you if you ingest it. Most petrochemicals cause severe pain and cramping if ingested.
