Stop trying and it will come naturally. Let your heart run it's own course. Time is really all that you need. Also try not to live in the past or the future, live in the moment and appreciate it for everything that it is. For me, as soon as I stopped TRYING to move on it just came naturally. I ACCEPTED what was. And I don't want to give you any false hopes but after seven years of being apart from my ex we are making a go at getting back together and it's one of the best feelings that I have felt in a long while. But to answer your question, the way to "move on" is to fully Accept what is. Acceptance is the key to any happiness.

I feel like right now im best able to help.My Ex left me bout 5months ago and broke my heart.Losing your love is never easy and each case it ended is different. You cant make yourself suddenly turn off your heart.Truthfully I still love him but now Ive accepted its over and let go of putting blame on me.Over the time you 2 spent 2gether what were the good and the bad.Be real which did you have more of.Most of the time its really for the best but only as time goes on the heart slowly heals.Your heart will let you know how and when its right for you to move on.Time is the ONLY thing that heals the heart

You realize the relationship/person is no good for you. It doesn't mean they aren't a good person, it just means you aren't a good match. When you realize you are better off without the relationship, you review it and see what worked, what didn't, what your values are. You can apply whatever you learned to your next relationship. You learn something each time.

Go out with friends, look up people you haven't seen in a while, get a new hobby, date someone who you don't like that way, but is fun. It's all about time, but if you fill it with fun things, it will go by faster.

Moving on...is not easy.
In fact its one of lifes hardest things to do...but people are insensitive.

Yet?...let it happen to them....and they too find it hard.

Take time...look after yourself, take warm baths, and DO NOT listen to people who just do not seem to care.

just one-day-at-a-time...is my motto.

so BIG HUGS OOOO and keep warm, often when you have a loss...body heat can become low.....which makes it hard to feel well.
Talk to people who can be kind to you, a friend or family member maybe..............all the best sweetheart....

Get your mind off it and do something else you enjoy and go out and look for someone else and trust me when you do you would have forgotten about the past.
