The answer to losing body fat has little to do with its location. Basically you just need to reduce calories and increase activity. Eating harder to digest calories rather than fast calories (sugars for example) is very helpful. Once the weight starts dropping, the thickness of the fat will start going down every place on your body.

Do the weight machine for that area...at least 100 crunches. Focus on more reps and lighter weight (not the max. weight that you can do). If you want exceptionally good looking abs, you will have to do about 900 crunches which will probably take about an hour.

Also, do a digestive cleanse using whole psyllium husk. Over three weeks, you will definitely notice that your abdominal area becoming flatter as undigested food in the gut gets pulled out by the psyllium husk.

Just have a proper diet rich in fiber and protein and try to cut all the unhealthy stuff from your diet atlhough its good to enjoy. Dont binge on unhealthy stuff any other time. You should also exercise 3-5 times a week and you should definitely see results in a couple of weeks. Learn more here:

yea im not sure exactly what the exercise is called but its very simple.

lay on your back, suck your stomach in as much as u can and breate on a 3 count beat. raise your legs up to the ceiling together and lower them. you have to use your stomach muscles to do all the work. i've gotten rid of the baby bulge in that area.

Be a kid again! When eating out, order any child’s sandwich, pizza or cheese pizza. Then you can have the treats you like, while reducing your portions and lowering your calorie intake.
