You probably won't grow any taller as men stop growing around 18.

It doesn't always matter how tall your parents are when predicting your height. You can get your height from a grandparent, or even a great grandparent. My dad is 5'10, my mom is 5'4. My sis and I are 5'8 and my bro is over 6' tall. My great grandfather was almost 7' tall. As you can see, wide range so very hard to predict. But, since you are already 19, you are probably pretty close to what height you'll be.

At 18 a young lady is finished growing. Young men continue to grow in height until the age of 21. You will remain that height. It's average, you are fine.

Probably what you are now. My brother was your height, and lifted weights to develop his body, and made millions as a real estate broker.
I am 5' 10", and did not take care of my body, and lacked confidence, and am nearly broke.
Work with what talents and abilities you have.

At your age, you can still put on a few more inches. You'll probably outgrow your father eventually, but it won't be much more than an inch.
