Don't be ridiculous, that is not the way to go. Try Nutrisystem(www.nutrisystem.com. It teaches you how to lose weight by controlling the portions you eat. You can still eat regular foods to an extent, in smaller portions(they send you the food of your choice from their menu), spaced throughout the day.You actually eat more meals per day without pigging out. I tried it for 3 months, and gradually lost 16 lbs, which was all I wanted to lose. I could have lost weight more rapidly, but I didn't want it to have a rebound effect. Give it a try. The only thing you have to lose is some unwanted weight. By the way I am not a spokesman for them, just a satisfied customer.

Don't go nuts over this. Anorexia is nothing to toy with. What you need to start doing is eating a sensible diet, for the rest of your life.
I don't know what your weaknesses are, but mine was basically eating fast food all the time, and too much of it too.
I'm now on Jenny Craig, which is a diet that provides you with sensible sized entres, and then I add my own fruits, veggies and dairy. The beauty is I don't have to cook or count.
When I reach my half-way point they'll start helping me with eating my own foods in sensible way.
The bad news is that you are in for a 2 or 3 year diet. The good news is that you can do it! And once you master the hardest part, eating sensibly, you'll be set for life.
Good luck.

being anorexic is a psychological disorder, its not something you can just do. Only people who have mental disorders become anorexic/bulemic. Besides the fact that your husband is an a s s hole, he is obviously trying to control you through your weight if he wants you to become anorexic. If you want to lose weight the HEALTHY AND NORMAL way, check out weight watchers, i know a lot of people who have had a lot of success with the points system.. Good Luck

How sad that being FAT is not seen as an eating disorder like anorexism!!
Overeating is an eating disorder, too---but we don't look so nice as skinny models do.
DO not try for that, my girl, you will kill yourself with it.
Get on a sensible weight loss plan---like the Diabetic diet.

Don't. Loose the weight by dieting and exercising. Starving yourself or purging all your food actually makes you worse off, because you don't get the nutrients you need, and your body holds on to every fat cell as long as it can.
