My butt hurts on the left... close to but not on my tailbone. I feel it when I bend forwards standing up or sit a certain way. When I go to the washroom it hurts a little as well. It almost feels as if I have a zit (you know, the hurting kind) there but there's nothing... it's inside. I can't recall falling or anything lately....is it possible to have bruised myself with my tailbone?? It's been like this for 2 weeks.

it's not a zit, but the pain is comparable to a bad zit, let's say. there's no swelling that i can feel, and no tissue under the skin that shouldn't be there...

You might be having Sciatica. It's caused by the irritation to the sciatic nerve. Usually however with sciatica the pain will progress down your leg, but not always

If it feels very similar to a zit, you could have one underneath your skin. But, bruising a tailbone? Yeah, definitely a possibility. Hurts for quite some time.

this could be a sign of a slipped disc it will give you pain in the butt cheek and can also give you an ache in the leg same side as the butt especially when you bend over or sit awkwardly get it checked out by a doc just in case.

It could be a cyst underneath the skin which may need to be lanced. Research it on net. My boyfriend had this happen to him.
